Baked chicken thighs with cheese

Recipe Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs (or leg)
- 5.5 oz cheese (hard)
- 7-8 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
- salt
Preparation
Cut the cheese into slices.
Push a slice of cheese under the skin of each thigh.
Place the thighs on the baking pan and add salt.
Finely chop the greens.
Combine the greens with mayonnaise.
Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Grease the thighs and bake in the oven at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
