Salad with broccoli and ham

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz broccoli
  • 10.5 oz ham
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon 6% vinegar
  • 2 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Place the broccoli into boiling water and boil for 7-8 minutes.

Cut the ham into strips.

Add the dressing. To do that, combine butter and vinegar. Add the garlic squeezed through the garlic press. Add salt and pepper.

Cut the broccoli into florets.

Add ham, dressing and mix everything well.
