Bows from the puff dough. Ingredients
  • 17.5 oz puff dough
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar

Preparation


Roll the dough and using the scroll shears or regular knife cut rectangulars and form bows.

Place the baking paper on the pan and slightly grease with butter. Place the bows on the pan and bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes.

Separate whites from yolks. You will not need the yolks. Add a little bit of salt to the whites and beat them gradually adding sugar.

Grease the finished bows with the whites and bake in the oven at 225F for 15 minutes.
