Mushroom valley salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz boiling water (beef filet)
  • 10.5 oz marinated mushrooms
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • fennel

Preparation


Cut the meat into small cubes.

Leave a few mushrooms for decoration and finely cut the rest.

Grate cheese on a small grater.

Combine meat, mushrooms, and cheese.

Add mayonnaise. Place the salad in a plate and sprinkle the finely cut fennel. Decorate the top with mushrooms.
