Champignons (Mushrooms) fried with poppy and sour cream. Ingredients
  • 10.5 oz Champignons (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.4 – 2 oz poppy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Add salt and pepper to champignons and fry them in vegetable oil.

Mix the sour cream with poppy.

Add sour cream with poppy to mushrooms and fry until ready.
