Hot chocolate
Recipe Ingredients
- 34 oz milk
- 7 oz chocolate
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons (level) starch
Preparation
Mix the starch in 1 cup of milk.
Pour the rest of the milk, place on a medium heat, add sugar and chocolate. Heat it until the chocolate melts.
Then add milk with starch, mix well, heat until the mix starts thickening. Remove from the heat. Drink hot.
