Fried chicken with lemon and mustard
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 lemon
- mustard (grainy or Dijon)
- salt
Preparation
Cut the lemon into 2-3 parts, place it inside the chicken and fasten with toothpicks.
Rub the chicken with salt and mustard. Bake in the oven at 350F for 1.5 hours.
