Cookies with jam. Ingredients
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5.5 oz margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2-2.5 cups flour
  • jam or thick jelly

Preparation


Cream sugar with margarine and vanilla. Add eggs and combine.

Then add baking powder and flour, and mix the dough.

Roll the dough and cut circles that are 2-2.5” in diameter.

Cover the pan with baking paper or grease with butter. Place the circles on it. Remove the middle part from half of the circles, so you will have rings where the inside diameter is 0.8-1.2”. Bake in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes.

Cream the baked circles with jam or jelly.

Place a ring on top.
