Ground meat nests. Ingredients
  • 17.5 oz ground meat
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • greens (fennel, parsley, etc)

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Grate the carrot on a small grater.

Combine ground meat, onion, and carrot. Add 1 egg, salt, pepper and mix well.

Separate the ground meat into 4 parts. Form a “nest” out of every part and place them on the pan.

Brake 1 egg into each “nest”, add a little bit of salt and bake in the oven for 350F for 35-40 minutes. Decorate the cooked “nests” with greens.
