Baked potatoes with quail eggs

Baked potatoes with quail eggs

Recipe Ingredients

Baked potatoes with quail eggs. Ingredients
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 10 quail eggs
  • 2 oz cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Boil the potatoes (not peeled) in salty water. Cool and peel. Cut into two halves. Cut the bottom off, so the potato can stand. Create a cavity with a teaspoon.

Break the egg.

Place potatoes on a baking pan.

Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with cheese (I sprinkled a half of potato). Bake in the oven at 350F until ready (approximately 30 minutes). I think that you can use chicken eggs instead of quail eggs. Then, you would need to use large potatoes and make larger cavities.

Bon appétit!
