Coffee and chocolate gingerbread

Recipe Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 5.5-7 oz sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground coffee (dry)
- 4 teaspoons cacao
- 7 oz starch
- 14-16 oz flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
Cream the eggs with sugar.
Add coffee, cacao and mix well.
Add starch and mix.
Add baking powder and flour and mix a dough, so it is not too tight.
Roll the dough, so it will be 0.2-0.3” thick. Cut out the designs with molds or knife.
Grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place gingerbreads on the pan and bake in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
