Stuffed eggs Rats

Recipe Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 oz cheese (hard)
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- mayonnaise
- leaves of green salad
Also:
- Radish (or cucumber, carrot)
- Black and red peppercorn
- Fennel or parsley
- Reddish or beet rootlets (or greens: parsley, fennel)
Preparation
You can use any ground meat for stuffing. The example is in this recipe: http://www.say7.info/cook/recipe/296-Farshirovannyie-yayca.html Stuffed eggs
Cut the eggs lengthwise into two parts and remove the yolk.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Combine cheese, yolks, garlic squeezed through a garlic press.
Add mayonnaise.
Stuff the eggs with the cheese mix. If you have leftover ground meat, you can spread it on toasts and create a sandwich.
Flip the stuffed half of the egg and place on a salad leaf (so the stuffing will not fall out).
Make two cuts and place the thinly cut radish into them (carrot, cucumber). These are ears.
Form eyes out of black peppercorn and a nose – out of red one.
Create mustaches out of fennel (parsley). Create the tail out of radish or beet rootlets.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
P.S. You do not have to eat peppers and tails.
Bon appétit!
