Puff pies with chicken and potato

Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz puff dough
- 7 oz chicken filet
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Peel the raw potatoes and finely cut them.
Mince the onion.
Cut the filet into small pieces.
Combine potato, onion, and filet. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Roll the dough and cut it into rectangulars. Place a filling in them and form a pie.
Slightly grease the pan with butter or cover with baking paper. Place the pies on it (you can brush the pies with egg yolk), and bake in the oven at 325-400F for 20-30 minutes.
