- 12 to 16 asparagus spears
- 1 pkg Mushrooms (sm or large fresh pre-packaged at your
- grocer) depends on how many you want.
- 1 pkg your favorite hollindaise sauce mix
- 1 stick butter (half for the mushrooms and half for the sauce)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbl cognac
