Recipe Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless Chicken Breast
  • Dale's Marinade
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs (Like stove top brand stuffing or your favorite brand)
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Grated Parmasean Cheese to taste (like in the shaker jars)
  • Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • Your favorite pasta

Preparation


Marinade the chicken in the Dale's

Butterfly the chicken if you are going to fry it, if you ar going to bake it then do not butterfly.

Crush your seasoned bread crumbs.

Mis with the Itallian bread crumbs.

Dip the chicken in the egg, the roll in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in the extra virgin olive oil (about 2 tbl) or bake in the oven at 350 for approx. 45 min.
Either way cook till colden brown and done all the way thru.
Butterflying the chicken allows it to cook very quickly.

Cook the pasta, drain and mix in the garlic powder, grated parm cheese, and a squirt of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to make it moist. Serve it up and enjoy.
