Salad with Korean carrot and liver

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz liver (beef)
  • 10.5 oz Korean Carrot (see the Korean Carrot recipe at http://www.say7.info/cook/recipe/247-Morkov.html)
  • 2 onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut the onion into half rings.

Remove films from the raw liver and mince it.

Cut the carrot into strips that are 0.8-1.2”

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.

Add liver and salt, and fry until ready. Let it cool down.

Combine the liver and carrot.

Add mayonnaise.
