Fried pork on skewers. Ingredients
  • 17.5 oz pork (filet)
  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • 2 oz cheese

Preparation


Cut the pork into long strips that are approximately 1” wide.

Add salt and pepper to the meat. Add spices.

Add the tomato paste, combine and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Then thread the meat strips on skewers.

Place on the pan and bake in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

Then sprinkle with finely grated cheese and place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
