Fried fish in breading

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz fish filet
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • vegetable oil

breading:

  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz milk
  • 7 oz flour
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the fish. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste, and leave for 30 minutes.

Prepare the breading. Beat the eggs with salt.

Add milk and combine.

Add flour and mix well.

Dip pieces of fish in breading.

Fry in a small amount of heated vegetable oil. I recommend frying in small portions, so the pieces would not stick to each other.
