Cod liver appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

  • 14 oz cod liver
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup steamed rice
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Grate the eggs on a small grater.

Mince the onion. To get rid of bitterness, add boiling water for 5 minutes.

Mash the cod liver with a fork.

Add rice, eggs, onion. Add salt to taste.

Add mayonnaise.
