Venison Filet Mignon

Recipe Ingredients
- 1-3lb. Venison Tenderloin
- 1- Package of Bacon of choice
- 1-cup of Soy Sauce
Preparation
Marinate in soy sauce for min 2 hours, max 24 hours.
Then slice your 3lb. Venison tenderloin in to 1 1/2" chunks.
Wrap with your favorite bacon and skewer.
Place on a foiled rack to catch your bacon grease or throw them on your outdoor grill for a little added flavor.
When the bacon is done, the venison is done (medium to med-rare). The bacon makes it very moist and tastes as good as any filet mignon.
