Baked chicken with potatoes under mayonnaise

Baked chicken with potatoes under mayonnaise. Ingredients
  • 17.5 oz fish filet (pike perch, halibut, pangasius, etc.)
  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut fish into small pieces.

Add salt and pepper to the fish and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Cut tomatoes into slices.

Grate cheese on a small grater.

Place half of potatoes on the baking pan and add a little bit of salt.

Place fish on potatoes.

Place tomatoes on fish.

Place the leftover potatoes on tomatoes and add a little bit of salt.

Grease potatoes with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350F in the oven until ready (approximately 40 minutes).
